To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城最出名就係泰國餐廳, 唔想行去食, 唯有出動外賣送遞, 安坐家中享受泰國美食。🥢黃咖哩海鮮黃咖哩比較重椰奶味道, 偏甜, 稀杰適中, 同泰式蒜蓉包真係好夾。配上不同海鮮, 包括帶子, 蝦, 魷魚, 青口。海鮮雖然是冰鮮, 但唔會有重重嘅雪味, 煮得剛好, 所以軟硬適中。🥢泰式蒜蓉包大大塊嘅蒜蓉包, 面層舖滿新鮮蒜蓉粒, 香脆可口, 用嚟蘸咖哩汁, 真係好好食! 相信現場食應該更脆。🥢風味燒豬頸肉豬頸肉燒得好香, 肉質軟腍, 充滿肉香。份量亦十分之大份。🥢香葉辣椒豬肉炒飯呢個炒飯絕對適合鍾意食辣嘅人食, 因為真係好辣! 炒飯炒得好香, 粒粒分明, 放入口每啖都會有豬肉碎同豆粒, 好食!整體食物都好出色, 不過價錢偏貴, 一定會再食, 不過就唔可以食得太密。
