To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日都嚟M88食野，見到有間新嘅餐廳所以就試吓。一入嚟就覺得好奇怪，個門口整得咁矮，不過就會令到啲客人都好印象深刻，都係 marketing 既一種？我叫咗個銀鱈魚定食，188 蚊，都好有質素，銀鱈魚好入味，唔使點mayonnaise 都ok，前菜係醬汁冷茄子，不錯不錯。味蹭湯正常，兩粒 mochi 都幾香口好味。朋友叫既 380蚊燒和牛 set lunch 就更加不得了，啲肉入口即溶，送飯一流，略嫌多咗少少肥肉。仲要瘦肉部份都係好肥美，朋友係一名食肉獸，佢覺得好正，我就諗緊如果一個人食哂應該都幾膩，佢請左我食兩舊我都覺得好好食。其他前菜配搭同銀鱈魚 set 一樣，都係有質素之選。 可能係新餐廳，所以服務都不錯，同埋暫時唔駛 book 位 walk in 都有得食，可以再黎 😃
