Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係鰂魚涌放工，係海光街見到一間叫做「隨心」既餐廳，好奇心入去望望餐牌，就發現係一間主打喇沙同埋海南雞既新加坡餐廳，於是就入左去試一試，價錢方面係商業區黎講尚可接受，而店舖闊落，有兩邊間隔，食客亦都絡繹不絕；於是就叫左帆立貝喇沙同埋新加坡炒貴叼，而飲品方面就叫左冰雪梨茶同埋柚子茶；剛剛落完單唔夠5分鐘，食物同飲品已經陸續送上，最初以為食物咁快手送到，就會唔夠入味，不過食落就完全唔同感覺，十分地道既新加坡喇沙味道，而貴叼亦都十分入味，帆立貝同蝦亦都大大隻，十分滿足，值得再次幫襯。
