To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得支持的用心小店

昨日中午行過，唔想去商場食連鎖餐。一入去，舖頭細細比較暗的，牆上貼滿好多自家特色小食，有蝦棗、蘿蔔餅、蓮藕餅、潮州滷水鵝等等，就知道自己冇揀錯。我叫左牛坑腩米粉、炸蝦棗，老公叫左肥牛河。牛坑腩好腍，米粉係比較幼，像銀絲米粉個種，個人鍾意呢種米粉 ，牛坑腩好多舊，等於九龍城食的double 份量，米粉就細細個，湯底濃郁。講真37蚊，咁的份量質素超班。老公就叫錯了，37蚊碗肥牛就梗係唔係靚肥牛，黎呢度都係食牛雜牛腩。蝦棗食唔出有蝦，但炸得好鬆脆，唔油，下次要試其他小食。埋單時老闆多謝前多謝後，睇得出緊張自己生意，總體來講，是值得支持的街坊小店呀。
