To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同友人打完波 友人就話要上慈雲山食晚飯打冷小炒 我地叫左個蠔餅 滷水鵝 仲有炒菜 呢三樣野食睇落環境一般 唔算太衛生 但友人堅持話黎 野食都算唔錯 炒菜十分夠味同鑊氣 蠔餅就有點咸同多左d粉 但overall來說都ok鵝肉十分有驚喜 好好味 點梅醬就冇得彈Overall黎講 價錢偏貴 不會特別來 味道可以 但感覺到濃厚既人情味 值得加分
