To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從相片所見，酒樓內能擺放一個如此寬敞的歐陸式的休息室已相當特別，故專程一試；果然令人眼前一亮。客人更可透過登記紙上二維碼，用手機素描，便可簡單地看到各食品分類、相片及價錢，再直接以手機落單，相當有趣、環保及高自主性；更可隨時在手機上查看已落單項目及即時結餘。更可電話預約，省卻輪候時間。食物水平亦理想，但早前曾在佐敦同一集團幫襯，今天轉到尖沙嘴，發現兩間食品選項頗相近，幸好對我影響不大；及早知道，好作調節，免得到時感到單一。但整體兩間彩福都讓你感到物有所值，值得一試。
