一直未試過Dry aged,膽粗粗同太太去左試,本身唔知點入手,樣樣都想試,遇到主廚Marco出來為我們詳盡講解,會特意出來介紹每樣菜式雖然有d 唔記得,但聽到配搭想法同製作都好有趣+好花時間先做到精華出來。特別係Dry Aged,會用自家特製雞油包裹再Aged,大家去個冷藏櫃會見到黃色包裹住果D就係推介豬肋條,Dry aged,同埋手工意粉!另外在場既Eric也會因應菜式而提供酒的推介,最後試左2款都很配搭,加埋環境氣氛,可以一試。仲有!!!!記得試埋Tiramisu!!!!!!!(好食到我清左盤先發現冇影)Handmade Shrimp Tagliatelle30 Days Dry Aged 'Swift' Prime Striploin 300g
