To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日嘅時候同屋企人一齊去大圍踩去大埔,途經科學園,就係科學園嗰度休息吓,食下野再起行,今次叫咗啲點心同埋小菜同埋炒粉麵,酒樓都幾多人,所以大家都要一早訂位,或者早啲去霸位啦點心方面:蝦餃燒賣好大粒,而且一籠有四粒,一家四口一人一粒,叉燒腸皮好滑,叉燒餡都都好滿至於炸物方面炸鮮奶&炸鮮蝦春卷,都炸得好鬆軟小食方面叫咗個椒鹽豆腐,好惹口食唔停口😲仲有鹵水乳鴿,lunch 食乳鴿好吸引炒粉麵方面,我哋就叫咗平時喺酒樓好少見嘅咕嚕蝦球脆麵,咕嚕蝦球配脆麵,脆卜卜嘅麵再配上咕嚕醬,蝦球都好大粒,好yummy 😀

小食方面叫咗個椒鹽豆腐,好惹口食唔停口😲仲有鹵水乳鴿,lunch 食乳鴿好吸引

炒粉麵方面,我哋就叫咗平時喺酒樓好少見嘅咕嚕蝦球脆麵,咕嚕蝦球配脆麵,脆卜卜嘅麵再配上咕嚕醬,蝦球都好大粒,好yummy 😀
