To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁端午節假期,兩個人走上了這家樓上店。可能新開未有太多人認識這裡,不用排隊而且不滿座不嘈吵,可以好好享受一個long lunch。店內滿有傳統台灣風味的裝潢和食品,令人有時光倒流,重回五、六十年代之感。食物質素尚可,滷水入味但比較硬。倘若第一次來,推介點他們特色菜 (都是一些台灣地道蔬菜)。今次我們試了蒜蓉炒「木樹水蓮」,入味又爽口。最後我還點了熱鮮芋拿鐵,每一啖都有香軟芋粒 (這個沒凍飲選擇,可能因為想保持芋粒軟熟)P.S.1. 有𨋢及樓梯,但建議揀行樓梯,由第一步慢慢穿越時空,感受60年代風情。P.S.2 最好選擇門口右手邊半圓,比較開揚寬敞
