To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家疫情緊張,留係屋企又冇乜運動,成飽就瞓,瞓飽就食,所以,今日去咗南丫島行吓山,做運動之餘,仲可以呼吸下新鮮空氣。點知,入到去比平時還要多人🙈,睇黎而家去市區應該比郊區更加少人。呢兩日嘅天氣,又涼爽返少少,所以我哋都行得尚算輕鬆。大概一個多小時嘅腳程,終於,黎到南丫島岀名嘅海鮮街,有好多林林總總、唔同種類嘅海鮮🤤,價錢都唔算貴,我同友人今次就去左桃園海鮮酒家,叫咗個二人海鮮餐,六款海鮮仼選四款🤩,而煮法可以自己選擇,仲有個炒飯,以及油菜送,大概三百多元,海洋餐黎講價錢相宜✅。蒜蓉清蒸貴妃貝 (7/10)海鮮一向係食新鮮,新鮮嘅話,清蒸都已經好好食,貴妃貝尚算新鮮又大隻,普普通通用蒜蓉粉絲蒸,粉絲索左海鮮嘅鮮味,簡直一流👍🏻!豉椒炒蜆 (2/10)四款海鮮之中最易整,亦係最差之一。炒蜆冇乜鑊氣,蜆一啲都唔新鮮,啲肉梅嘅🤮,豉椒味重,但蓋唔過佢唔新鮮嘅味道☠️。炸蒜炒大蝦 (4/10)呢個比起炒蜆有返少少鑊氣,熱辣辣嘅,炸蒜脆脆地,幾好食,而且加左辣椒帶得岀個味,蝦嘅肉質一般,唔爽,唔算好新鮮😕。椒鹽鮮魷 (5/10)口感幾脆卜卜,啲粉漿唔算太多,椒鹽幾惹味,炸嘅火喉適中,魷魚唔會un到咬

海鮮一向係食新鮮,新鮮嘅話,清蒸都已經好好食,貴妃貝尚算新鮮又大隻,普普通通用蒜蓉粉絲蒸,粉絲索左海鮮嘅鮮味,簡直一流👍🏻!

四款海鮮之中最易整,亦係最差之一。炒蜆冇乜鑊氣,蜆一啲都唔新鮮,啲肉梅嘅🤮,豉椒味重,但蓋唔過佢唔新鮮嘅味道☠️。

椒鹽鮮魷 (5/10)
口感幾脆卜卜,啲粉漿唔算太多,椒鹽幾惹味,炸嘅火喉適中,魷魚唔會un到咬唔開,質感ok爽口啦,屬於可接受需改變嘅空間🤐。

整體來講,海鮮餐嘅價錢係平,款式種類繁多,但質素唔多掂,至少還原基本步,海鮮最重要一定係新鮮,只要新鮮,點都煮都好食,靜係呢一點佢已經值得改善!
