To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實已經食過好多次，不過次次嚟親太古城都冇其他餐廳吸引過溫野菜🤣，所以明知唔抵都係要食。今次叫咗蕃茄湯底，大蕃茄幾甜，但係湯頭就好普通，最吸引都係啲靚肉，長崎黑毛和牛西冷永遠都唔會令人失望，$199四片真係有啲貴，不過唔係成日食，而且真係入口即溶，所以都可以接受。鹿兒島豚肉亦都唔錯，唔會太肥，打邊爐啱晒。今次最有驚喜竟然係蝦滑，個樣唔係太吸引，但食落口有幾彈牙有粒粒蝦肉。另外其實啲小食亦都唔錯嘅，鍾意食依度嘅明太子魷魚薯仔沙律，其他地方真係食唔到🤣整體來講，溫野菜最大嘅優點就係乾淨，食得安心。兩個人唔係叫咗好多嘢，都食咗$700真係有啲貴，久不久一次就OK。另外而家匯豐卡有啲套餐做緊七折好似抵食啲，大家可以去睇吓。
