To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係大閘蟹🦀時間。。繼10月份瘋狂食了一輪蟹主題自助餐。大閘蟹套餐。。亦食咗蟹放題。。。剛踏入11月又要再去大閘蟹放題。。今次我哋試陶源。。。我哋揀咗尖東噴水池附近嘅分店差不多6:00我們到達已經有幾台食客開始。。。當時人客就不多。。。我們當然快快脆脆就落單食大閘蟹啦。。依間酒家比較特別除了一般的清蒸外。。還有花雕和鹽焗大閘蟹🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀另外還有一張只可以比我們自選其他任點任食。。。當然還有幾款指定菜式每人一份啦。。當中還有一隻鮑魚。。和海參羹。。。第一輪嘅蟹好快就上枱啦我們每樣都叫咗兩隻來試一試。。。最普通當然係花雕啦味道很清淡。。。但係估唔到最好味又最爆膏。。。竟然是鹽焗大閘蟹🦀。。非常鹹香野味。。但係食到中段就突然停頓了20多分鐘。。。唔知點解其他台也有追單。。。後來好多人再有加單我哋都加咗啲清蒸大閘蟹。。當然最後全部都有上枱🙈🙈🙈。。只不過可能太多人選擇鹽焗廚房製作不及。。。差唔多兩個鐘就要埋單啦。。。當然幾台食客都有投訴啦因為追加的大閘蟹根本未出。。。幸好是應話唔會趕我哋走。。。。最後我哋明明寫住食兩個鐘變相食咗三個多小時。。。可能係呢間分店冇下一輪客所以就冇咁緊張啲位。。。當

差唔多兩個鐘就要埋單啦。。。當然幾台食客都有投訴啦因為追加的大閘蟹根本未出。。。幸好是應話唔會趕我哋走。。。。最後我哋明明寫住食兩個鐘變相食咗三個多小時。。。可能係呢間分店冇下一輪客所以就冇咁緊張啲位。。。當然最後一定要叫返一兩碗薑茶湯圓作完結啦


整體評論:。。花雕大閘蟹可以唔食因為真係麻麻哋。。清蒸就正常味道。。。最估唔到原來鹽焗大閘蟹係最好食


價錢💰💰💰係每位$488。。。星期一至四係有八五折在正價+1。。。如果你係會員仲有額外嘅九五折㗎。。


另外呢間酒家我覺得最值得一讚嘅地方係每次不限隻數點選大閘蟹🦀。。出面啲放題好多規定每次只能落兩隻(當然大前提係食得晒先好order。。咪做大嘥鬼)
