To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早在皇室堡看完"傻密歐"便搵嘢食。其實在皇室堡十間有九間都食過晒，今次就要試試阿妹推介的烏東店。一入門口，可能因時間尚早不是太多人的關係，服務員姐姐帶我們坐到一個望到維園的一級靚位。這裡既然叫烏冬店當然應該以叫烏冬為首選。但耐何我見到memu上的二十殼米十分吸引加上小妹已叫了烏冬，所以我决定叫了個溫泉蛋牛肉二十殼米。不消一會二十殼米和烏冬就送上。二十殼米飯香滑無比，不用餸作配答也能把整碗吃下來，牛肉反而比較普通。手打烏冬爽口彈牙 , 正！平曰感覺在銅鑼灣食飯比較貴，但今次叫set lunch埋單都只係百多元，下次去皇室堡時一定會再來光顧。
