Restaurant: Poke Go (大南街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Seasoning:果仁、木魚絲、紫菜絲成個碗嘅份量都非常之多,上面嘅蓮藕片亦都好脆,嚟到嘅時候係一座山咁多,完全食唔晒。舖頭亦都好好可以俾你揀醬汁另上。而且可以揀嘅餸種類亦都好多。全部嘢食都好健康,想要多啲蛋白質嘅亦都可以再加上去,好正!

成個碗嘅份量都非常之多,上面嘅蓮藕片亦都好脆,嚟到嘅時候係一座山咁多,完全食唔晒。舖頭亦都好好可以俾你揀醬汁另上。而且可以揀嘅餸種類亦都好多。全部嘢食都好健康,想要多啲蛋白質嘅亦都可以再加上去,好正!
