To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係openrice見到灣仔開左間新野,個名就夠哂特別喇,睇埋d相都幾吸引咼。平時連偽文青都吾偽下架我一於約埋自稱真。文青架Kathy去試下啦。1點半左右去到排哂長龍又冇book位唯有等下啦。排住隊都有好多野影,因為整間舖頭每一個角落都充滿住懷舊同文青架氣息。    等左半個鐘有多終於到我地喇,安排左我地坐窗邊位,影相一流。望望餐牌,我地都係點左古早味滷排骨飯。  排骨大大塊,入口酥軟兼有彈性,夠入味。滷肉飯也是可口無比,另外有3碟小配菜,分別係雲耳,酸蘿蔔絲,酸椰菜。餐飲我叫左芭樂紅茶。超濃芭樂味,太甜,變左飲吾到茶味咁。飲左幾啖我再加水落去飲都仲得。雖然有芭樂粒,但係又吾俾匙潘人,叫人成杯倒落個口度咩,最後一粒都冇食到  kathy就叫左檸檬冬瓜茶,我試左一啖就覺得個味怪怪地喇。 餐具很可愛
