To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六午飯時間,喺灣仔覓食嘅時候,突然間被一張蝦多士嘅照片吸引住。見到佢嘅Menu有蓮蓉西米焗布甸,就即刻被吸引住要試吓。呢度喺奇華餅家嘅旗艦店嘅樓上,一間新嘅餐廳,叫做奇華茶室。聽餐廳嘅名字,會以為係茗茶嘅。但係茶嘅種類唔多。Menu上面標榜住「香江小食」丶「港式三文治」丶「香港滋味」嘅大標題。但係對於一個香港土生土長嘅我嚟講,奇華茶室嘅菜式/ 食物一啲都唔港式。「香江小食」竟然係有星洲炒蘿蔔糕;「港式三文治」竟然有俄羅斯芹菜雞肉卷;「香港滋味」第一味竟然係「馬來鮮蝦喇沙」。近年有個名詞叫做「偽洋港女」,意思就係指有啲女仔明明香港出世,香港大,但係滿口英文,連講廣東話嘅時候都帶英文口音同埋淨係溝鬼仔。而我就覺得奇華冰室簡直就係「偽港洋餐」,就好似俗語咁講「掛羊頭賣狗肉」。講返食物先。我點左一個粟米燴石斑飯同埋蓮蓉西米焗布甸。粟米燴石斑飯飯係蛋炒飯。汁比較少,帶有芝士味。飯粒有啲堅硬但係尚有誠意。魚,好鹹。非常鹹。佢哋用咗西式香草嚟處理條魚。我從來都冇食過港式嘅粟米石斑飯係會用 herbs 做㗎囉。魚柳仲有骨添。如果有勇士去奇華茶室點呢個飯食就真係要小心啲啃骨呀!蓮蓉西米焗布甸蓮蓉同西

飯係蛋炒飯。汁比較少,帶有芝士味。飯粒有啲堅硬但係尚有誠意。

魚,好鹹。非常鹹。佢哋用咗西式香草嚟處理條魚。我從來都冇食過港式嘅粟米石斑飯係會用 herbs 做㗎囉。

蓮蓉同西米嘅比例剛剛好。一啲都唔會覺得太甜。非常好味道。


佢哋嘅廚房做咗半開放式。所以食客可以見到廚房裏面嘅活動。廚房裏面嘅員工有啲帶帽,有啲無,我諗好多機會跌到頭髮落去啲食物度。另外佢哋冇一個人戴口罩,又不停喺廚房度講嘢。都幾唔衛生。正所謂眼不見為乾淨,如果要做半開放式廚房,就做戲做全套啦,唔該。


奇華茶室仲會收一個好虛無縹緲嘅費用叫做服務費。點解虛無飄渺?我都唔知道服務從何來。可能餐廳實在太新,員工欠缺訓練,所以服務同餐廳收取嘅價錢嚴重不成比例。


有一樣嘢奇華茶室處理得非常舊香港,好令所有人厭惡嘅處理手法就係找錢嘅時候唔知點解唔可以比一張$50 / $10 紙或者一粒$10銀/ 兩粒$5銀… 而要找到好散俾你,搏你挾俾10%虛無縹緲嘅服務費之後,再俾小費。

其實小費嘅嘢,如果服務員態度或者服務比較好,大部份食客都唔會吝嗇。


希望奇華茶室認真檢討佢哋嘅服務態度同食物質素。其實做洋式港餐冇問題啫,唔好扮「港式」啦。如果餐廳係因為奇華餅家所以要堅持「港式」食物嘅話,就唔該換過個Menu。
