今晚我們去咗深井嘅「傅記燒鵝飯店」食晚飯!我們叫咗個4-6人套餐:正宗深井燒鵝「半隻」嘅燒鵝皮燒得好香脆,肉質非常鬆軟嫩滑,肉汁相當多!粟米魚肚羹嘅味道好鮮甜,魚肚好爽滑,唔會有腥嘅味道!菠蘿咕嚕肉炸得都幾香脆,炸粉唔會好厚身,肉質好鬆軟!紅燒北菇豆腐嘅豆腐好大件厚身,而且相當嫩滑!上湯鮮腐竹浸時菜嘅時菜係菠菜都幾青嫩,腐竹亦幾軟滑!涼瓜燜黃立倉嘅黃立倉好肥美肉厚,肉質好嫩滑,涼瓜亦好甘甜!另外我們再單點咗蒜蓉炒豆苗都係鑊氣十足!豉油皇炒鵝腸嘅鵝腸相當爽口脆身,豉油皇醬汁嘅味道好香甜!揚州炒飯炒得都幾有鑊氣同粒粒分明,材料亦幾豐富,但味道就鹹咗啲啲!
