一眾男士當然有唔喺三高之士啦,不過,面對咁好食嘅鵝,健康一於放喺第二位。鵝腸食落好爽脆,亦唔會有陣陣臊味,加上個豉油皇醬汁做得香濃惹味,配鵝腸真喺一流,連帶底下沾滿醬汁嘅芽菜亦都變得零舍好食。

呢個炒米由落單起計等左40分鐘,同個炒飯相差30分鐘先上枱,你無睇錯,真係等左咁耐😵。原因其實唔難估,全因當時全間餐廳得我地一枱人點星洲炒米😔,所以到上枱果陣廚房一野出3碟(我地坐近廚房)。咁味道唔駛多講啦,一個鑊炒3碟份量,熱度、調味、鑊氣等都一定比逐個炒有好大出入😐。
毫無懸念,呢個炒米熱度、調味都唔均勻。本身食完個炒飯,對呢度嘅炒野充滿期待,可惜。

整體大家都幾滿意呢度嘅食物質素,4人共食左$399,食飽飽又可以起程行番去荃灣。

我講我嗰碗燒鵝米,真係正到爆,有炭燒味,啲皮好香脆,雖然佢揼咗落碗湯米度,但係完全冇流失佢嘅燒鵝香味,好新鮮!嗰個老夥計話啱啱新鮮出爐冇呃我!

食羅漢齋嘅朋友都讚口不絕,因為份量好多好足料。

羅漢齋炒麵跟杯凍飲$57,而我哋燒鵝米燒鵝飯嘅就$59(都係跟杯凍飲)!

為咗碗燒鵝米,我下次一定會再行過去深井!

晚上到深井探朋友,預先訂位到傅記食晚餐。樓下本鋪坐滿了,安排我們到閣樓,還未有客人呢。先點燒鵝,半肥瘦又不膩,無得輸。椒鹽鮮魷粉很薄。客家釀豆腐好像沒甚特別,但沾著自家秘制調味醬汁,帶出豆腐香味。

深井食燒鵝,唔一定搵陳記,傅記又平又好味幫襯過好幾次啦~因為有室外位可以帶狗狗今次在附近工作,跟同事一齊黎食lunch當然要食燒鵝啦點了份燒鵝雞飯,大大份嘩~睇相就知道雞肉同鵝肉又滑又多汁脂肪比例剛剛好,絕對是升級燒味飯如果燒鵝皮脆一點會更好

嘩~睇相就知道雞肉同鵝肉又滑又多汁
脂肪比例剛剛好,絕對是升級燒味飯
如果燒鵝皮脆一點會更好

一大班人一齊飲飲食食,摸下酒杯底。又地方夠坐又不壓迫莫過於此處深井傅記。食物不錯,招呼也不過不失。當然只付一佰幾十那可要求什麼呢!最緊要一班朋友一起說説笑笑,𣈱飲一番!這裡的燒鵝不錯,當然少不了一定要落 order 啦!菜色也很多選擇。豉油皇鵝腸,椒鹽魚扣鴨舌,豉汁蒸鱔等等。就這樣吧!過了一個歡樂的週末。
