To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大安茶氷廳前身係間老字號傳統冰室新店主將冰室變成cafe 但同時都保留咗唔少冰室元素傳統冰室嘅卡座蛋糕櫃天花吊扇等裝修參考傳統冰室menu設計嘅甜品伙記look嘅店員、咖啡師仲有手寫茶記單！真係每一個位都感受到懷舊情舊～特登搵咗平日去但都比想像中多人下雨天都排咗半個鐘先有位完全感受到佢哋嘅人氣!小店暫時主要供應甜點&飲品~ 整體用餐體驗都幾好特別鐘意個懷舊氣氛推薦推薦✨-🍍【蘿柚泡芙】$38今次點嘅三樣嘢最鐘意呢個！泡芙脆脆哋菠蘿粒好多好fresh 甜甜地~Cream似係butter cream 滑但比較厚實同朋友share食剛剛好唔會太漏~-🍪【檸茶曲奇】$38呢件曲奇超級無敵大件！又厚又大！最鐘意表面嘅檸檬超香少少酸（但朋友覺得太酸🤣曲奇本體就比較普通味道唔太出加左少少檸檬皮(?)-🍹【啡立刻】熱$44 凍$48咖啡+好立克+ oat milk 第一啖飲咖啡味比較出好香飲到少少好立克味成杯落咗幾多胚芽~但愈後飲成杯愈澀🙈 個人麻麻-✨推薦指數：8/10 💰人均消費：$62⏳等候時間：30mins (平日4:00)
