To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

表面係懷舊冰室，內裡係主打飲咖啡同創新嘅港式食物，可能無傳統食物關係，眼見客人偏向後生一族~ 店員亦全部都係後生仔女。一入嚟聞到好香咖啡味♨️雖然我唔飲咖啡，但相信飲咖啡既人會鐘意，因為餐牌有好多款咖啡，仲見到員工好認真咁拉花。我地叫蛋撻餐$58再補差錢叫$38以上飲品，蛋撻全部都係新式口味，叫左經典焦糖流心蛋撻＆兒童鴛鴦蛋撻，會比埋匙羹，當做甜點下午茶😛○經典焦糖流心蛋撻 ○ 蛋味香濃，中間流心嘅焦糖唔會太甜○兒童鴛鴦蛋撻○上層係阿華田，下層係好立克由於我坐水吧旁邊，見到員工非常之衛生，拎蛋撻時會帶上手套，食得安心！我通常去懷舊冰室一定叫奶茶，但原來呢度無奶茶🤣 最後叫咗忌廉溝鮮奶 ＆ 黑牛 ，擺盤好適合打卡！假期偶爾諗起流心蛋撻過嚟食下都OK😋
