身為潮州人,細個開始已經成日食傳統潮州菜,港九不少潮州菜館都有同屋企人去過而家間唔中都會去食下潮州菜,因為唔係好多朋友好潮州菜,所以次次去食飯都只有2,3人,叫到3,4樣野食~ 太極素菜羹或甜品就少左機會食啦😩潮州打冷,傳統菜各有風味~ 相比打冷,我比較鐘意食傳統菜式,尤其炆春菜/紹菜,鵝片,蟹棗,荔芋鴨,普寧豆腐,蠔烙都係我嘅常點菜式其中我最鐘意去嘅潮州菜館係樂口福,其次係百樂,傳統嘅野食好啱口味😋 百吃不厭
