粥的蠔肉相當飽滿,份量也很多,口感豐富。不過,粥米還是粒粒分明,更像泡飯而非濃稠的粥,而味道略顯淡,不夠咸,讓人感覺有些遺憾。

豉油皇煎馬友 🐟
魚片煎得恰到好處,外脆內嫩,豉油的味道也很出色,絕對是餐桌上的亮點。

椒鹽炒鮮魷 🦑
魷魚炒得剛好,保持了鮮嫩的口感,椒鹽的調味也很到位,讓這道菜充滿了香味和層次感,非常受歡迎。

胡椒豬肚湯 🐷
這道湯的胡椒味道相當強烈,辣得讓人有些難以入口,喜歡重口味的朋友可能會喜歡,但對於不喜歡太辣的人來說,可能會覺得過於刺激。

蠔餅🦪
蠔餅的顏色偏灰黑,口感像蠔仔烙,軟糯,喜歡。

整體來說,樂口福酒家的潮州菜在某些方面表現不錯,但也有大大的改進的空間,不想傳統被失傳,餐廳還是要下下苦功。

💭 就算唔係潮洲人,但一講起潮洲野食相信蠔餅都係數一數二噏得出既野食,潮洲話叫蠔烙,即係慢火半煎炸咁整出尼,入面好多蠔仔,基本上每啖食落都有,而且佢真係跟足潮洲做法用鴨蛋整個漿,食落香好多🦪

好失望, 第一次去已經留下非常差的印象,沒下次。首先,好多手工菜都要事前下訂,在我訂枱的時候並沒有告知,原來諗住吃手工菜,结果只剩下最後一份荷包鱔。其次,晚飯吃到一小時十分鐘時間就趕人走, 訂枱的時候沒有告知用餐時間,到職員點菜時候也沒有告知。原本諗住同父母慢慢食傾計,如果有限時,我會重新考慮是否到這間餐廳用饍。這種服務態度, 難怪那麼多人不喜歡留港到餐廳消費😩

沒有食翅,沒有叫凍蟹,蠔烙和蝦蟹棗,沒有吃糖醋麵,沙茶牛肉炒河和潮州蠔仔粥,也沒有點水晶粿,反沙芋,綠豆爽和福果芋泥,一行四人只是隨便來個咸菜胡椒豬肚湯和幾道家常小菜,雖然是父親節正日,六點多已經滿座,門外也有因為沒有訂座而需要等位的客人,但樓面服務仍然十分殷切,席間不斷替客人添茶裝水,而廚房雖然比平日忙多了,但仍然維持一貫水準,熱騰騰的咸菜胡椒豬肚湯味道正宗,喝下去開胃又暖肚,滷水鵝片下面墊底的豆腐都軟滑可口,豉油煎䱽魚火喉和調味也是剛剛好,普寧炸豆腐鬆脆美味,川椒雞連川椒葉都炸得爽脆香口,,一上枱大家吃了口才記得拍照,就連普通的菜脯炒蛋也做得十分出色,結果吃得太飽,甜品要等下次了!
