昨日約左舊同事聚舊,因為舊同事比較鍾意食中菜,所以由佢發版,佢揀左去食潮州菜,話呢間好出名,好耐歷史㗎!由宋皇臺站行過去,都行左10分鐘。見到間嘢嘅裝潢,以為自己去返幾十年前嘅香港,真係古色古香! 坐低就送左啲功夫茶俾我地飲,好苦! 跟住就叫餸,我地4個大人2個小朋友,叫左5樣嘢:甜品:綠豆清心丸,呢個好特別,有脱殼綠豆,同埋用薯粉整嘅清心丸,幾好食。瑤柱蛋白菜心炒飯呢個唔記得咩名堂,但有4樣嘢:炸蝦丸﹑蟹丸﹑海蜇﹑鮮魷鹵水併盤:呢個份量真係好多半煎煮馬友,呢個幾好食,清清地,馬友都幾滑,又唔算多骨海鮮菜煲整體都幾好食,除4個大人,每人300幾元。 continue reading

樂口福酒家位於九龍城宋皇台站步行五分鐘左右到達60多年的老字號,1954年開業,是熱門的電影取景地,最為人熟悉的,一定是杜琪峯執導的《鎗火》金牌紅燒翅🏅湯底濃稠稠而不膩啖啖魚翅吸盡精華兩者融而為一加少許芫荽及醋調味味道更加昇華咸菜豬肚湯🏅經典的潮洲老火湯濃郁的湯汁和軟嫩的豬肚搭配再加鹹菜及白胡椒等調味微辣惹味,百喝不厭炸芋茸帶子🏅没想到芋茸和帶子配搭在一起竟然這麼好吃外層是芋茸,𥚃面包著帶子入口先是蓬鬆酥脆酋如鳥巢的外皮隨之而來是軟糯綿滑的芋茸和鮮嫩帶子的結合層次非常豐富潮洲煎蠔烙🏅潮州的「蠔烙」,不能煎,更不能炸,只能烙什麼是烙?就是輕煎既要保留香味,但不能蓋過蠔的鮮味蛋香十足,香脆可口而不油膩,味道鮮美必點的菜式之一兩面黃🏅表層酥脆,但裏頭的麵還是柔軟而煙韌外脆內軟,加醋和砂糖一起吃酸甜開胃,也可以減低油膩感一款麵兩種口感,滋味是無窮 continue reading

同朋友聚會諗極都諗唔到咩餐廳,其中一個朋友就推介呢一間,咁我哋就諗住試一試啦。去到餐廳就發現冇乜人流,但係勝在可以任坐唔會限時間。舖頭入邊裝修非常懷舊,應該係由1954年嘅裝修保留到而家非常之有歷史價值。同埋原來好多以前嘅港產片電影都喺呢度拍攝嘅。我哋叫咗幾樣小菜啦,同埋一啲潮州打冷,價錢其實都唔平,食落其實味道都不過不失。冇話特別有一樣餸可以令人眼前一亮。店員有時會推介一啲嘢食,不過嗰時我哋已經食飽咗,所以冇要到,睇落都唔平。不過佢哋好處就係唔會趕人走,可以坐好耐都得。同朋友聚會嚟講都係想坐低傾吓偈,唔使俾人趕走,所以呢間其實都不錯,不過嘢食方面就唔係話好特別好好食。 continue reading
