之前食過陳儀興飯店,今次第一次食尚潮樓,餐廳環境唔錯。感覺更多手工菜,同好多正宗潮州菜,menu上有啲連名我都睇唔明,相信潮州人一定好有親切感。餐前餐後都會有杯功夫茶,茶濃味甘☕️涼拌海蜇頭 ($88)海蜇頭質地脆嫩,口感爽滑,調配既醬汁好香麻油味,作為前菜不錯。風沙安格斯牛柳粒 ($268)首先都幾多牛柳粒,每粒牛柳粒都炙燒每邊焦香,但依然保持住肉質柔軟既口感。除咗牛柳粒,仲有黃椒同四季豆,而牛肉既汁香令到啲伴碟都好惹味。方魚炒芥蘭 ($118)方魚本身帶點鹹香,令到成個芥蘭更加出色,就好似臘腸飯上面既臘腸油令到個飯更香咁。睇相都見到芥蘭綠油油,係用上細嫩既芥蘭,都幾嫩。胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯 ($78/盅)以前有飲冇鹹菜既版本,本身仲諗會唔會偏鹹呢,完全唔會,而且重胡椒得黎又唔算辣,豬肚都有幾件,幾足料,幾好飲,飲完個人仲暖啲添。
