To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 男朋友話佢公司附近有一間裝修好特別嘅北京菜,問我想唔想試吓。上網睇一睇好似又幾吸引,等佢收工就一齊去食。門口裝修的確好古色古香,有好多幾靚既打卡位,上一層去到餐廳,全間餐廳都用左古木裝修,充滿懷舊老北京感覺。餐前小食裏面有花生西芹蘿蔔,外表平平無奇,但食落出奇香口。前菜叫咗一個麻辣肚絲。份量比想像中多,肚絲切得幼細,同香芹蔥絲等同食口感唔錯。辣椒油多亦都好夠麻辣,辣度算幾高。好在我同男朋友都好鍾意食辣,係一道相當惹味既前菜。大娘燒餅羊肉,燒餅口感紮實,有別於一般包子。羊肉加入芫荽乾蔥炒,味道香酥肉嫩!午門面青,見到個名幾特別,英文菜名係豬頸肉,所以就叫黎試吓。上枱之後睇顏色,好有上海菜濃油赤醬嘅風味,豬頸肉味道亦偏甜,重糖亦是上海菜特色。配菜最特別,係炸淮山!比薯條更香口!紅油抄手,外表與一般紅油抄手冇分別,但食落味道原來完全唔同。一般嘅味道係酸辣,呢度嘅味道係甜辣,抄手皮唔似一般雲吞皮薄,反而似餃子。雖然同想像中有出入,但味道又ok喎。最後甜品就叫左老佛爺米糕,個名好似好大牌!哈哈!糯米紅豆綠豆煮得夠軟,好似糯米糍咁,外面又外面炸得夠脆。重點係桂花糖漿,清甜又香!結果差唔多要同男朋友

糯米紅豆綠豆煮得夠軟,好似糯米糍咁,外面又外面炸得夠脆。重點係桂花糖漿,清甜又香!結果差唔多要同男朋友爭食。

呢間北京菜館傳統之餘,菜式賣相精緻,味道唔錯又帶特色。下次會再約多幾個朋友食多幾味餸先。
