有朋友收工約食飯,剛好大家都係港島收工,聽聞合和中心既呢間北京老家都幾正宗,就約齊飯腳試下。一入到去就有大紅花轎,充滿古色古香既感覺。牆邊仲有啲古裝陶俑,好有古典味。行上一層先係食飯既大廳,平日都幾多人。就連餐檯佈置都幾精美。老家心靈美睇菜單既時候好特別,但原來係涼拌蘿蔔絲,粉紅色既蘿蔔絲酸酸甜甜,非常清新,女仔會比較鐘意,不過有少少清澀既草青味,點多少少醬汁食會比較好。北京填鴨(半隻)鴨皮夠曬香口,而且切得好薄,加上鴨肉好香,夾埋青瓜同京蔥絲,可以減少鴨油既油膩感,不過份量比較小巧,女仔食就比較合適,男仔食就可能要嗌多少少。午門面青又係一個好特別既菜名,原來係醬爆淮山豬肉,豬肉絲同淮山絲切得好幼細,口味比較重,好啱撈飯。老家烤魚用既係桂花魚,醬汁香濃,帶有黃豆醬香,魚肉偏腍身,建議撈多少少汁食。配菜方面有唔少莞茜同大蒜,有助減少魚肉既泥腥味,令菜式比較惹味。北京炸醬麵係傳統既炸醬做法,有唔少豆醬同肉碎,撈埋青瓜蘿蔔絲等,清新而不失傳統味。高力豆沙炸到脹卜卜既高力豆沙,唔會太甜,紅豆份量比較小巧,最啱鐘意食甜品既女仔。埋單九百幾蚊,四個人既份量而言,不過不失,不過係灣仔食飯嚟講,呢個價
