Sabor Spanish Touch Private Kitchen, 一間隱世的上樓西班牙私房菜, 一定要打唻BOOK定, 佢不同時候會有不同菜色, 帶點神秘的餐廳, 入到去座位有紅色椅子, 帶點浪漫感覺, 窗外景也不錯呀, 好適合同情人共進晚餐, 店員好細心介紹今晚菜色, 佢話有三款TAPAS, 一聽已好吸引, 前菜係鮮蕃茄醬的烤焗麵包, 旁邊配了薯仔沙律, 個麵包, 好鬆脆, 配新鮮蕃茄粒醬, 好清新;第一道係「Grilled Cuttlefish with Garlic Foam」, 個墨魚好大粒, 方型可另我以會到原本隻墨魚應該係超大隻及厚肉的, 另一賣點係個Sauce, 冇諗過原來醬汁可打入Foam至Mousse, 令墨魚粒沾起時可將全粒墨魚方粒全包住, 而且不會太厚的醬汁, 好巧功夫, 好香garlic味及口感好soft,   一食海鮮, 當然唔少得白酒呢個partner啦, 叫了一支Tuerce Botas 2014 既Wine Wine, 好fruity, 可以帶出海鮮的鮮味, 第二道係「Garlic Shrimp in Olive Oil」,未上枱已聽到炸炸聲,

第二道係「Garlic Shrimp in Olive Oil」,未上枱已聽到炸炸聲, 一個缽仔滾油上枱, 香氣撲鼻, 好重的蒜頭香味, 好濃郁, 放於枱上橄欖油滾滾的, 同炒香咗的蒜片產生色香味俱全的感覺, 襯起鮮蝦好爽口, 好彈牙!

第三道係「Portbello Mushroom Benedict」, 外表像平時的西式egg benedict,  但特別之處係底層, 係一隻大傘菇扒, 原來係咁好味, 稔身的温泉蛋及流出來的蛋漿, 同大蘑菇香味好配, 下面還有炒過既洋葱同火箭菜, 真係有不同層次感呀! 沾上旁邊一絲的紅莓醋醬汁, 冇得輸啦!

吃了不同tapas,店員解釋因西班牙菜較濃味, 所以廚師好細心為我們清一清味蕾先, 就為我們預備了「Mixed-fruit Sherbet」,一入味, 好清涼的雜莓雪芭,用咗不同雜莓如士多啤梨、藍莓、香橙等材料做成,不會太酸, 清清甜甜的, 真係好有refresh感覺, 好想繼續食的開胃感覺。

到了今晚重頭戲, 係西班牙菜的主角-傳統西班牙海鮮飯「Seafood Paella」,店員上菜, 以甚有份量, 材料豐富, 同出面不同的, 顏色較深色, 原來好巧功夫, 飯底係大廚用魚湯及蝦去熬製而成的湯, 每一啖飯都浸透了濃湯香味, 而且有不同海鮮, 包括鮮蝦、魚肉、墨魚等材料, 响到食完, 真係唔想再食出面的。

到壓軸甜品喇 - 餐廳準備了三款, 「Tiramisu Foam + Homemade Mix-berries Ice-cream+Catalonia Cream」,個Creme Brulee係用咗Catalonia Cream打的, 同法式的好不同, 面層依然係香脆既焦糖, 而個Cream冇咁廷食, 較creamy的, 但好香忌廉香味; 另一係打入了泡沫mousse的Tiramisu, 完全不溜的口感, 香濃的cocoa粉加軟綿綿的foam, 好特別; 
再唻雜莓雪糕, 好冰涼清甜, 幼滑,食到雜莓肉,新鮮打出來的。

呢餐真係令人目不暇給, 好浪漫及有情調的環境, 菜色特別, 好像令人致身西班牙般的感覺, 被它的食物傾倒了。下次要再來食西班牙烤豬先得, 期待呀!
