Sabor Spanish Touch Private Kitchen, 一間隱世的上樓西班牙私房菜, 一定要打唻BOOK定, 佢不同時候會有不同菜色, 帶點神秘的餐廳, 入到去座位有紅色椅子, 帶點浪漫感覺, 窗外景也不錯呀, 好適合同情人共進晚餐, 店員好細心介紹今晚菜色, 佢話有三款TAPAS, 一聽已好吸引, 前菜係鮮蕃茄醬的烤焗麵包, 旁邊配了薯仔沙律, 個麵包, 好鬆脆, 配新鮮蕃茄粒醬, 好清新;第一道係「Grilled Cuttlefish with Garlic Foam」, 個墨魚好大粒, 方型可另我以會到原本隻墨魚應該係超大隻及厚肉的, 另一賣點係個Sauce, 冇諗過原來醬汁可打入Foam至Mousse, 令墨魚粒沾起時可將全粒墨魚方粒全包住, 而且不會太厚的醬汁, 好巧功夫, 好香garlic味及口感好soft, 一食海鮮, 當然唔少得白酒呢個partner啦, 叫了一支Tuerce Botas 2014 既Wine Wine, 好fruity, 可以帶出海鮮的鮮味, 第二道係「Garlic Shrimp in Olive Oil」,未上枱已聽到炸炸聲,
