To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

總結:做壞大安既名食物少選擇冇問題,可以專攻精選食品飲品。不過食左睇落似皇牌既餐點,口味配搭同用料非常一般。餐廳想玩fusion舊式冰室,用現時潮流既caramel落蛋撻度;菠蘿包皮做既泡芙,完全不及樓下茶餐廳一個12蚊菠蘿油同包餅店出爐5蚊蛋撻。重點係四十幾蚊叫「肥妹」既飲品,送上黎係叫「熱朱」,咁點解仲要set牌做咁懶得意既名,說穿了,說係將平民食物變文青cafe價既商業玩法。***排隊時親眼見到職員恥笑路過黎問價錢同問包點名既意思既婆婆,完全繼承唔到大安做左幾廿年街坊平民生意既牌匾,如果期望將香港本土特色食品玩得更出色完全係諗多左,只係變左改餐牌名玩gimmick、fusion產品仲差過傳統味道,同埋cap水賺錢離地既商業生意技倆。大家想食香港味,呢間野真心要諗諗先。
