To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚相約了摰友過去她家附近打冷聚聚，餐牌只有呢張底面嘅單張。價格相宜，不知味道如何。當晚7點半左右，已經聚滿人堆，坐到出巷仔。鹵水雙併 $50三併都係55蚊咋今次叫左大腸併豬頭肉2款都好稔同入味，底下仲放左不少嘅芽菜。蝦丸併墨魚餅兩者相比之下，墨魚餅較出色彈牙。蝦丸比較稔身唔夠咬口，下次再食可以不用叫雙併。打冷點少得來一碗白粥，既可綜和濃味嘅鹵水同感覺仲無甘乾。最後叫多左碟金銀蛋浸白菜仔咸蛋同皮蛋用料很足，味道夠又不會過濃。埋單每人都係100左右，價格相宜。
