To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係父親節,同朋友食咗個午市套餐,之後點咗個加錢嘅套餐甜品。埋單時先見到甜品charge 咗正價。問侍應的時候,佢話今日甜品因為係父親節所以係正價。明明係有套餐餐牌個喎,點解甜品就話冇套餐價?感覺十分伏,覺得俾人呃嘅感覺好差好差。好少少嘅餐廳都會話「酌情」用番套餐價,大家好落台,但係呢度嘅侍應淨係講咗幾次話唔好意思落單嘅同事冇提醒。臨走前,仲係咁講拜拜,心諗再好食都唔會再有下次,搞到假期都冇晒癮。
