Eaton Hong Kong is definitely one of the most forward-thinking hotels in Hong Kong. Their Michelin Chinese restaurant, Yat Tung Heen, was also super popular! All the dishes were reasonably priced and pretty decent. The cha siu was tender and siu yuk was super juicy with very crispy skin! They were doing 30% off on the dinner menu and even 50% off on the wine menu - what a bargain!
