To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到富臨有任食2小時大閘蟹,就約埋兩位朋友去食。到達後,酒樓人數唔多,食蟹既亦大約得 6-7 枱,酒樓面積大,所以都坐得好鬆動。一起菜就黎左 d冰鎮鮑魚,味道一般,真係寧願佢求其清蒸可能仲好食d; 個湯反而唔錯,唔算肥膩,好飲。片皮鴨就係任食,味道都一般,建議想飽肚可以食多兩舊一定飽。最後到主角 -- 大閘蟹出場。第一 round會先送一隻陳年花綢蒸,坦白講,真係冇乜酒味 ... 食完我地就再叫多 3 隻油鹽焗,但等左30 分鐘都未有 (其他枱都冇), 酒樓解釋廚房蒸唔切,我覺得好搞笑囉,能夠做到 4 -50 圍晚宴既酒樓,個廚房竟然蒸唔切 d蟹??其實本身都怕太早叫定 d 蟹凍左,所以不嬲都係食完先再點,但最後真係好嬲咁一次過點晒 d 蟹 (因為怕又要等多 30 分鐘) ... 終於一次過黎晒 d蟹,其實d 蟹細隻都預左,但食慣大閘蟹既我一食,就已經可以肯定,係肯定,係好肯定d蟹只係用水洽熟而唔係蒸出黎!!打開隻蟹蓋已經有水,,同埋d蟹肉,一食就知係用水洽熟既,佢地真係以為咁就可以瞞天過海?如果你問抵唔抵食,$428 /2 hrs 都算ok既,d 酒樓姐姐換碟都快。但如果你係對蟹既
