慢煮雞嘅醬汁係廚師用印尼香料特製而成,不過略嫌雞件不夠滑。米飯係我最鍾意嘅印度米,口感獨特。而蕃茄青瓜沙律、椰子碎+椰菜都係自家製,都係平時係香港比較少接觸到嘅口味,但唔難接受的😗

16小時既慢煮羊肉,肉質軟腍,醬汁亦都非常下飯,好食!小食係發酵咗嘅麵團,有少少類似冬甩麵包,口感都幾得意,一定要趁熱食!
套餐組合擺碟精緻,配菜夠的骰,可以一次過試到多款菜式。
