To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大喜屋既質素一直以黎都保持得好好所以每次一想食放題，就毫不猶豫去食佢!無論係食物種類、飲品、甜品、前菜，應有盡有!選擇多多，價錢又唔過份，真係令人百吃不厭~今次黎到見到最特別係有港式燒味食!!大大隻燒乳豬，邊諗到食放題可以食到!食放題要叫刺身呢啲就唔講啦~個人推介必食之選:鵝肝多士海膽手卷燒左口魚壽司花雕醉鮑魚另外記得一定要出去兜下，因為出面可以拎既野食實在超級多!雪糕係有Hagen dazs同Movenpick酒鬼不能錯過，清酒、梅酒、啤酒、燒酒，仲有生啤~ 最怕你唔飲，唔會有唔岩飲~唔飲酒都超多選擇，汽水、茶呢啲基本野一定有，但特別係仲有珍珠奶茶、楊枝甘露、柑桔青檸、港式奶茶每次去完大喜屋，只有2個字: 滿足!
