To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

向來我們都好喜歡食油甘魚,貪魚肉肥美而油份夠重,難得在西餐廳都可以食到來自日本的油甘魚鮫,都不妨一試日本烤油甘魚餃($88),餐牌都有註明太約等20分鐘,採用了鹽燒的方式烤煮,享用前可以先加些青檸汁,烤燒過的魚皮都好香脆,也充盈甘美魚油之餘,魚鮫黏著不少魚肉,而魚肉都算厚肉嫩滑,散發出陣陣微酸清香的青檸味,更帶清新芳香,令人吃得津津有味。

主菜方面再來一道與日式fusion的意粉,友人選擇了明太子蝦忌廉意粉($128),明太子的鹹鮮味配以香滑的忌廉,汁醬濃稠略黏口,入口的意粉都好滑溜,而且意粉的軟硬度適中,再咬一口爽彈鮮香的蝦肉,讓整個意粉充滿鮮味,簡直是滋味無窮,卻是非常的美味。

上檯時真係令我地嘩一聲的慢煮黑毛豬鞍扒伴焦糖蘋果配八珍甜醋汁($258),端上來肉厚豬鞍扒真是好大塊,配菜仲有椰菜仔、甘筍、車厘茄、薯蓉及無糖蘋果, 讓整碟賣相都好鮮艷搶鏡。

黑毛豬鞍以慢煮(Sous Vide) 方式烹煮,讓豬黑毛豬鞍保持肉質鮮嫩同時把肉汁鎖住豬鞍內。
我先切開一小件黑毛豬鞍,呈以粉嫩色澤,再將一小件焦糖蘋果放在豬鞍上切,讓蘋果的果汁滲入豬鞍內,再把它們一齊放入口內細味嘴嚼,帶出啖啖蘋果香甜,蘋果的口感軟腍且富果汁,低溫慢煮烤至7成熟的豬鞍扒的肉質鬆化富彈性,肉嫩無渣,另外店員都好細心提醒我們一定要試埋個焦糖蘋果,焦糖過的原個配菜,消膩之餘為口感帶來清爽,也再把豬鞍扒蘸上甜酸的八珍甜醋汁佐食,更突顯了豬鞍的鮮味,此熱賣的主菜真是好有驚喜,可見廚房巧花心思去製作,蔬菜比例都算多,吃起來都美味又健康。

甜品總是女士們愛吃之選,我選擇了法式朱古力批配雪糕($58),店中採用了Dreyer’s 雪糕,有士多啤梨及芒果兩款選擇,我選擇了前者,朱古力批的朱古力都香濃甜美,雪糕下面還有餅碎作伴碟,一啖士多啤梨雪糕再一口蛋糕,讓此晚餐劃上完美的句號。

服務員好helpful 又有禮貌、有笑容,食物方面都好有質素,食材方面都較優質,下次再帶多幾個朋友再來。
