To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人今天(3月16日)放半日假,下午與其在帝京軒嘆下午茶,有七折優惠。點心紙有期間限定點饌、傳統美點、煎炸焗點、布拉腸粉、素食之選、OmniPork新豬肉、「帝京軒」招牌菜、「地道」風味小食、糭糭風味、粥粉麵飯、燒烤.鹵水、甜蜜蜜和手工甜點,款式算多。我們二人點了以下點心:三喜游龍(每人一份):桂花酒香瀬尿蝦餃(吃不到桂花酒香,有些瀨尿蝦肉但不多,味道尚可)、菠菜緬因州龍蝦餃(綠色的菠菜餃皮,蝦肉不似龍蝦肉的口感,但有很重的黑松露味)、麻辣西班牙紅蝦餃(麻辣味很搶,有蝦肉但不知道是否紅蝦,重口味)。芝士三文魚海鮮春卷(3條一開二):濃濃芝士味配三文魚和少許海鮮,脆口不漏,點少少喼汁另有一番風味。海參鮑魚焗餐包(3個):像叉燒餐包,加少許鮑魚和海參,但味道不夠搶。素鮑片新豬肉燒賣皇(3粒):適合素食人士,味道尚可,但三件黏在一起比較難分開。煎釀素菌新豬肉三鮮甜椒(5件):適合素食人士,味道可口不錯。烏髪芝麻糊:不是用粉開的,重芝麻味。二十年陳皮紅豆沙:陳皮味很出,粒粒紅豆混和沙,豐富口味,甜味適中。優惠價後算抵食,連同寬敞的環境、優質的服務,可以再光顧。下次我會試其他小食和粉麵飯。
