To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過灣仔,試下呢間係利東街尾一間唔起眼的懷舊餐館。地下係奇華餅店,旁邊一條小樓梯上去就係奇華冰室啦。由於疫情關係,我地被安排係近窗的座位,只得一枱,好舒服呀~我地叫咗焗豬扒飯,賣相一般,但食落好好味喎,蝦多士,一隻大蝦下面有薄薄一層蝦膠再加一塊火腿連麵包炸,好脆味道好好,唯一不足係好多油。呢個可以改善一下蛋牛治烘底,佢係用新鮮牛肉的,蛋就唔係滑蛋囉。熱鹹甘桔茶,味道好,2人一壺茶啱啱好。食完飯仲可以嘆一陣茶,好relex 。埋單:$280 *平日去係會有午餐同下午茶餐架總結:環境好,食物好,下次會再去
