To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚黎到元朗既壽司刺身店,記得呢間都幾多人食,餐廳有兩層,食物種類都唔少,除咗壽司、刺身外,仲有和食、燒物、天婦羅、冷麵等🙌👉🏼和風肥牛鍋$103 加白飯$15肥牛鍋份量足,除咗牛肉,仲有菜、豆腐、粉絲。熱辣辣嘅湯底配上肥牛肉,入口甜甜地好開胃,仲有隻生雞蛋🥚😛👉🏼免治雞肉棒串 $32免治牛肉就食得多,雞肉真係少食。雞肉咬落實淨,再加D生蛋漿,口感一流。👉🏼京蔥雞肉串$25雞肉燒得香口,不過我麻麻地京蔥,食剩曬D蔥🤣。👉🏼火炙左口魚邊壽司$32左口魚上枱仲有微溫,做到入口即溶既感覺😽。👉🏼A5日本飛驒牛火炙壽司 $48睇得出係比較上等嘅牛,不過始終細細件、一啖食晒,呢個價錢就見仁見智🥹👉🏼挪威三文魚刺身(8切)$88👉🏼日本池魚王 $88👉🏼油甘魚刺身 $58刺身全部都係厚切,上枱時用冰底,特別推薦池魚刺身,入口鮮甜彈牙🙌
