Restaurant: Sakara ichi sushi (Kau Yuk Road)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食午市叫咗兩個午餐,一個滑蛋吉列豬扒飯,一個天婦羅配烏冬,兩人坐一張四人枱,首先每枱都有一壺保溫熱茶,但啲茶係常溫唔係熱既,上菜比較慢,上菜時食物永遠係擺係隔離張枱,而唔係擺係自己坐緊張枱既面前,要自己棒返去自己面前,第一次上菜嚟咗碗面豉湯,一少碟沙律菜,面豉湯係微暖唔係熱既,面豉湯裡面加咗啲三文魚肉有啲腥。第二次上菜嚟咗碗飯同碟天婦羅都係就咁放隔離枱,隔咗5分鐘,碗烏冬都仲未嚟,就同侍應講仲有碗烏冬同罐可樂未嚟,侍應話整緊,再隔3分鐘碗烏冬終於嚟到,一碗烏冬足足等8分鐘,碟天婦羅都凍哂亦有啲淋,最離奇係碗烏冬啱啱整好,但啲湯唔係熱既只係暖,天婦羅既炸蝦食落有陣好似類似鬆肉粉嗱過既味,唔識形容果陣係咩味。。。三個侍應其中兩個態度差,由其果個半邊手紋哂身個位妹妹仔,另一個全頭紫色長髮既妹妹仔態度好好多,對每枱客都保持微笑亦逗另一枱客人既bb玩,補充返,果時客人唔多,計埋自己枱都係4枱客7個人
