晚餐又來到元朗最優秀開飯熱店的《稚》😉,這間日本料理小店,吃過好幾次,已經納入我們的飯堂之選,皆因真係抵食又好味😋「原條招牌蒲燒鰻魚定食」鰻魚夠晒大條又肥美,吃起來肉質鮮嫩可口,且甜味適中。「泡菜炒豚肉定食」泡菜的酸辣味和豬肉的鮮嫩相互融合,創造出豐富的口感層次。泡菜的發酵風味為菜餚添加了深度,而豬肉的油脂則使整道菜更加香濃。小食選了「雞軟骨」,外脆內嫩,口感相當好。「蜂蜜芥末雞翼」,口感香甜,外脆內嫩,雞肉吸收了蜜糖芥末嘅味道,食落去令人回味無窮。
