外觀吸引,相當和風的店面。日式門簾後的動漫風布製掛画,眼前一亮。 海賊王灌籃高手鬼滅龍珠火影... 一定會有你喜歡角色。店舖空間不大,有十八九個坐位,食物的款式卻有不少。一品料理, 主食, 串燒, 小食都有。而且偷偷觀察店主有廚師匠人的心,對美食的堅持和嚴格出品,每一個出餐都親自監督。我們的主食,都分別加錢,升級左做定食。有齊晒前菜漬物煎茶味噌湯珍珠米,一個木托盤咁上菜,富有和風的儀式感,味噌湯配料豐富,而且唔會過咸。🔸西京燒比目魚京都風的西京漬料理,甜甜鹹鹹的味道。比目魚肉質細緻、多汁,表層微焦嘅西京麵豉,咸中帶甜配上魚油豐富入口即化的魚肉口感,的確美味。🔸和牛漢堡 配日式咖喱和牛漢堡,貨真價實。吃起來帶和牛獨有的油脂香。厚度適中,慢火煎得表面焦香,裡面的肉質呈粉紅色,熟度剛好。保留了肉汁和嫩度,口感上有少量的牛脂和肉筋。在用餐過程中,遇一枱有小朋友嘅家庭, 我聽到老闆特意吩咐廚房將個牛肉漢堡煮熟少少。店家好多細節位都做得好好。上桌時,配上日式醃製的漬菜 黃色蘿蔔和用紫蘇味的紅色蘿蔔,配咖哩係最岩嘅配搭。裝盤的器皿,有笹之葉,黃色紅色的漬蘿蔔,顏色上的配搭,也能看出符合日式的美學。🔸關東煮,味道甜甜而湯頭清澈,解咸解膩。猫飯(一定要加。 黃油醬油紫菜絲木魚片,在熱飯下黃油溶化後拌勻而食,超好食)小食:檸檬柚子雞翼。 廚師細心將雞翼剖開壓平,再燒烤出深淺色的坑紋 ,混合了檸檬香氣和柚子蜜,甜甜香香,大快朵頤。燒物:黃金醬燒蠔,絕對不是「組裝蠔」,是與蠔殼一邊「帶子位」相連是原隻蠔。 蠔身漲卜卜燒的時間掌握得好好,蠔size一d都唔細,而且蠔味濃,肉嫩多汁。超值 continue reading

呢間「稚」之前食過好幾次,今次再同大家介紹下呢間小店,唔起眼但元朗人都叫佢做「貓飯」,主打日式定食。小店午市時間都滿座,店內充滿人氣動漫掛畫,睇得出店家對於熱血動漫既喜愛!蔥燒三文魚腩定食$84+$10貓飯三文魚腩油脂豐富,外皮焦脆,魚肉同魚油充滿魚香氣,推薦!西京燒比目魚定食$84+$10貓飯比目魚燒到外脆內嫩,表面略微焦香,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,唔會梅淋淋,推薦!貓飯其實是紫菜、木魚花、日本醬油、牛油,是此店特色,與貓無關,醬油撈飯又有牛油香味,肥得抵!飛驒和牛可樂餅$58可樂餅即叫即炸,外脆內軟,餡料有牛肉碎跟薯仔,軟綿綿,點沙律醬好好食!小店野食都幾高質,食得出用心經營,唔係亂咁黎,所以我都回訪過幾次。 continue reading
