To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期同朋友再次去魚一食晚飯😆因為覺得魚一係元朗嘅性價比確實相當高😋油甘魚:非常推薦😍!一咬落口油甘魚嘅甘香即刻湧出泥😍因為相比一啲連鎖式餐廳嘅油甘魚完全冇甘香,呢度簡直滿足到我😆所以每次泥都必點!北寄貝:本身對北寄貝冇咩興趣,但朋友叫到就試下。點知都幾好味,唔係好似我想像中一舊膠咁,對北寄貝改觀😆馬刀貝:質感爽口,但有啲似塑膠嘅口感,而且冇鮮味,冇咩驚喜🙈牛油果軟殼蟹卷牛油果好似紙咁薄,而且冇咩味。軟殼蟹口感太冧。個人覺得普普通通,唔太推薦🙈紫薯栗子薯餅唔會太甜,外脆內軟,紫薯蓉中間夾著栗子,大大增加口感😆推薦😋!蔥吞拿魚蓉飯用鵪鶉蛋而唔係普通雞蛋,好特別!我地將鵪鶉蛋撈埋吞拿魚蓉一齊食,大大提升鮮味😋總括來說性價比:✨✨✨✨*5分為滿分
