To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八月十六追月晚, 2人飯腳食太興。食腳話元蹄巧味喎!19:30有位唔使等 8分鐘後已有人企住等喇!西菁街呢間座位比較Yoho2期間逼少少。服務幾好。馬上椅打元蹄先。再來(左望右望)隔離枱鍋湯的東西幾靚, 一問係雜茶煲..咪攪 (除非冇餸食, 否則筆者絕不會點雜菜煲)。餐牌有個 胡椒魚肚鷄鍋 $70 就呢個啦!紅燒元蹄(堂食)$58 一上枱: 嘩2聲。一聲我喊,另一聲隔離枱!"好大隻呀"! 一會兒隔離都上, "吓!"左聲, 佢地隻細左個碼 據食友講:係我們今次的特大樣子(色)非常好, 過張相。質感唔錯, 皮冧入味, 好骨膠原feel。肉再冧dd就好(隔離話好冧,估計時間以細隻計), 但配埋個汁食, 仍是咀lam-lam。胡椒魚肚鷄鍋上枱熱呼呼的, 重滾緊...魚肚大大塊,都有四五塊,咬入口個心未夠軟冧。鷄塊反而老左d, 最後食剩2塊鷄。湯底微辣都幾好味。不過一次都夠了。ps後來睇單見到"跟爐", 邊有爐啫!今餐冇叫飯, 肉多都好膩好飽! $128找數。
