今早入咗屯門搵朋友吹水吹到點幾鐘,夠晒鐘要返過元朗搞啲啲嘢,就告別朋友向元朗出發,落到元朗兩點幾又嚟有啲肚餓,喺西菁街見到間太興,入去食個燒味下午茶,眾所周知太興燒味貴,下午茶的確比較便宜,叫咗個燒鵝紅腸飯,飯嚟到不禁暗笑,嘩~燒鵝肶喎,雖然係上半肶,都已經超開心,正價燒味飯都無啦…何況下午茶餐,燒鵝肶真係特別好食,皮脆肉嫩又有柴火香味,紅腸都鹵得好,刀功仲好切得好薄,真係運氣話嚟就嚟,最後飲埋杯即磨咖啡,太興嘅即磨咖啡都係唔錯的。

我落單是叫餸食 1. 梅菜扣肉 2. 油雞 拼 叉燒 3. 加大油菜,奶茶1杯。梅菜扣肉 已經是最正常,口味同份量,就只是唔夠熱,無咁吸引。雙拼燒味無論份量同口味都強差人意,雞的份量 只有6、7件,而叉燒未夾起就知道唔方好食,色澤灰黑色,又柴又乾,乜太興唔係出名燒味嘅咩,點解…?還有最差一樣係:薑蓉竟然放埋雞同叉燒一齊攪到又油又咸,真是衰過街邊檔口燒味買外賣,還有份量又唔係咁多俾個紙盒咁大個,送到來東歪西倒!叉燒仲要將肥及瘦的位置斬開,做食的時候一係得瘦到柴皮,一係食肥豬肉!加大的油菜不足10條,所謂熱奶茶,是微暖。

其實太興本身食品的品質應該唔差,不過我地今日個外賣,蝦皇醬菜心炒鮮魷 (通菜賣晒),食食下就發現有好多黑色的小點,相信應該係無洗好隻鑊所引致。就算味道唔錯,應該都唔會再幫襯。提議大家幫襯呢間時,最好都睇睇有無小黑點。

幫襯咗佢幾年,雖然唔係日日幫襯,但比例就係食十餐,都會有一餐正常滿意,收費佢較附近茶餐廳貴 3-4 蚊,貴在都覺得佢表面幾乾淨,大部分時間我都係幫襯早餐,永遠叫雙熟蛋都唔會有雙熟蛋出現,最慘係個蛋如果唔係好靚嘅蛋,唔熟係好腥 😑 叫多士大烘又永遠唔會有大烘,真係興到想講粗口 😈 ,提到個米粉或通粉,湯就好多,但d米粉食兩啖已無咗,通粉都不相伯仲,食完係好似無食咁,其他比多少少,人地食完都有食嘅感覺,咪覺得你貴都可接受囉 😑 認真失敗

又食下午茶喇!今日去咗西菁街間太興,之前應該係喺富達廣場樓下,依家比以前地方係細啲但感覺良好,最少清潔同光猛好多。下午茶叫咗佢地出哂名嘅餐蛋麵、星汌米加一份西多士share。餐蛋麵用出前一丁,餐肉厚切,滑蛋又真係唔明點解會炒得咁滑,呢個麵從來冇令人失望。食下麵食啖西多,又甜又鹹,不過又幾好食(主要係個西多好食),炸得夠脆啱啱好!但星洲炒米就可叫可唔叫,雖則色水幾靚,點知食落冇乜咖喱味,好在份量唔大,如果唔係就實浪費食物。食哂後飲埋杯凍檸茶同熱奶茶就非常滿足,皆因太興嘅奶茶真係聞名~
