To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實之前就已經想去試「潤」,但因為之前一直都無機會,適逢今日係5.20,所以就同另一半去咗「潤」慶祝一下,但可惜好多方面都未如理想。我地book咗夜晚7:00,一入到去其實個環境係幾舒服,但因為餐廳係喺2樓,所以望出去其實都無咩風境可以睇到,極其量叫做望樓景。我地睇完個餐牌就嗌咗:1)果醋麻香海蜇頭 ⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️2)醬燒蜜椒豬肋排 ⭐️⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️3)蝦籽日本花菇紅燒豆腐 ⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4)櫻花蝦烏魚子炒飯 ⭐️⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5)崧子梅菜野米菜心炒素飯 ⭐️⭐️ / ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️本身諗住前菜開胃啲,就嗌咗果醋麻香海蜇頭,但一食落去,味道偏甜,亦都聞到有麻油香,反而就冇咗醋嘅味道。醬燒蜜椒豬肋排啲味道我簡直唔識形容,啲醃料好奇怪,總之就係好咸,係之後點啲side dish 嘅粉先令到個咸味無咁重,真心有啲失望。到之後就上黎今晚嘅重頭戲,蝦籽日本花菇紅燒豆腐,完全食唔到任何蝦籽嘅味道同口感,擺盤亦都簡直係個笑話,明明餸與餸之間都等咗一段時間,但個豆腐食落去唔係熱辣辣個種溫度,而豆腐亦都做唔到外脆內嫩。最後就上咗兩碗嘅炒飯,可能因為之前啲餸菜都好失望,所以呢個炒飯反而因為穩打穩扎而

埋單$1300,老實講,環境我認為唔錯,枱與枱之間都有合適嘅距離,就算當日都比較多食客,熱鬧之餘又唔會打擾到你,服務亦都做得唔錯,恰到好處,唔會過分熱情,但真係餸菜方面嘅質素我同另一半都係覺得below the average,餐牌方面亦都冇其他中菜廳做到咁多款式,例如如果你唔食海鮮嘅話,其實肉類就係得一隻手數得晒嘅款式去揀。餸與餸之間嘅間場等得太耐,唔知仲以為食緊fine dining,好似食完個豬肋排,就足足等咗成15分鐘個豆腐先黎到。明白每人對於飯餸嘅口味各有不同,但今餐嘅體驗確實係帶黎滿滿嘅失望。我另一半仲話應該將餐廳名改做「伏」先岩。😂本人就唔推薦呢間中菜廳,好過佢嘅大有人在。
