To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

充滿懷舊feel的茶記

話說今日陪媽咪返灣仔律敦治覆診，做物理治療要等兩粒鐘，所以就行咗落去皇后大道東搵食。見到奇華餅店隔離有條通道，就好奇行上去睇下係乜東東；原來係一間茶餐廳！入到去充滿懷舊氣息，天花板有童年時吊上天花板嘅舊式電風扇。可以選擇卡位，亦都可以坐房，因為過咗食午飯時間，我就可以自己一個坐喺間房度，享受呢個懷舊午餐。今次揀咗紅酒燴牛脷飯 Set Lunch。先嚟一個白汁忌廉湯🍲以往喺其他餐廳食燴牛脷🍛飯，都只係得三四塊牛脷🍛，但係呢間真係落重料，有成六七塊👅，好似食極都食唔完咁🤣然後再嚟餐飲☕點知仲有個雪糕🍨🍪曲奇甜品，真係驚死你唔夠飽😂😂講返轉頭，其實我幾欣賞呢間餐廳，因為佢會聘請一啲特殊人士，佢哋都係被社會遺忘的一群，但又好做到嘢喎，希望大家多多支持呢間奇華冰室🥰🥰

以往喺其他餐廳食燴牛脷🍛飯，都只係得三四塊牛脷🍛，但係呢間真係落重料，有成六七塊👅，好似食極都食唔完咁🤣

然後再嚟餐飲☕點知仲有個雪糕🍨🍪曲奇甜品，真係驚死你唔夠飽😂😂
講返轉頭，其實我幾欣賞呢間餐廳，因為佢會聘請一啲特殊人士，佢哋都係被社會遺忘的一群，但又好做到嘢喎，希望大家多多支持呢間奇華冰室🥰🥰
