To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自己好耐無食齋菜,因真係唔多鐘意食,係一隻典型嘅食肉獸ma..^_^ 不過今日就要特別破例la,因女友mother生日,而佢生日係會食齋ge,所以今日一連兩餐都係食齋,真係乜仇都報晒lor..聽聞呢度環境唔錯,就book咗嚟同女友一家飲茶。一踏進去,古色古香,擺設得幾有品味,環境寧靜優雅,真係連講句嘢都會自動細聲D。一行六人,就叫咗六款茶試吓。我不擅茶道,當然分唔出好飲與唔好飲,但都覺得好特別---- 桂花普洱真係有微微嘅桂花味;鐵觀音好香好順喉;自己叫個壺叫單叢,真係聽都未聽過,不過就好特別,飲落好似有D荔枝味...侍應亦不斷講解不同茶葉嘅特性,真係"大開茶界"。點心種類唔多,但碟碟精緻,侍應仲會細心地將之剪開數件以作分食,好窩心^_^。水準都好平均,蘿蔔糕、三色扎、糯米包、腰果糯米糍等,樣樣都唔錯。一口茶,一口點心,吃出禪味來...

聽聞呢度環境唔錯,就book咗嚟同女友一家飲茶。一踏進去,古色古香,擺設得幾有品味,環境寧靜優雅,真係連講句嘢都會自動細聲D。

一行六人,就叫咗六款茶試吓。我不擅茶道,當然分唔出好飲與唔好飲,但都覺得好特別---- 桂花普洱真係有微微嘅桂花味;鐵觀音好香好順喉;自己叫個壺叫單叢,真係聽都未聽過,不過就好特別,飲落好似有D荔枝味...侍應亦不斷講解不同茶葉嘅特性,真係"大開茶界"。
