To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友推薦要帶我去試新野,原來係一間位於銅鑼灣地鐵站附近嘅印尼特色餐廳,班蘭葉印尼美食<Pandan Leaf>,中日法意餐我都食過,偏偏未試過印尼地道美食,今晚試過呢間印尼餐廳之後,詁吾到一試便愛上!!<印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮 $78>詁吾到原來印尼都有花膠湯,呢個花膠雞湯用上大量響螺、花膠、鮮雞來淆製,入口膠質極重,湯底極為濃郁,感覺膠原蛋白豐富,味道帶鮮雞清甜味,但完全不會覺得油膩,重點是有三大塊又厚又滑的花膠,滋補又好味。湯入面有印尼粉皮,粉皮入口非常細滑,配花膠雞湯一流。班蘭雞味道有點像海南雞,肉多骨少,雞肉肉質非常嫩滑,配埋自家製薑蓉,絕對係必食之選!!大大塊又厚身嘅花膠同粉皮,吸收曬全無味精的雞湯底濃郁嘅精華,鮮甜味道出眾。<燒雞班蘭尖塔飯 $98>餐廳除了供應班蘭飯,還有椰汁飯和黃薑飯,今次我們選了燒雞配班蘭尖塔飯。呢個飯上枱賣相非常吸引,而且份量好多,燒雞有足足半隻,雞肉烤得非常惹味,雞肉肉質亦夠嫩滑。另外我亦深深愛上呢道嘅班蘭飯,班蘭飯是活潑吸睛的青綠色,入口好綿,帶清新的淡淡班蘭味道,配菜還有印尼地道豆餅,真是非常特別,

最後order了班蘭沙冰和牛油果沙。
班蘭沙冰味道帶清甜感。牛油果沙冰感覺比較濃厚,而且還加入了朱古力醬,令較為清淡的牛油果味變得更特別和帶有朱古力味。

甜品是千層班蘭椰汁糕和班蘭椰汁西米糕,兩個都入口煙煙韌韌,加上千層班蘭椰汁糕係一層一層甘蒸製而成,絕對是精心之作,值得一試吖!!~

細看餐牌,餐廳還有供應燒牛仔骨、巴東牛肉、虎蝦、烤完條魚等,可以配斑蘭飯、椰汁飯、黃薑飯、粉皮,就連比較似香港人口味嘅貴刁、米粉、烏冬等等都有,選擇非常多完化,而且價格非常抵食,午市還有套餐供應呢!

整體來講,餐廳供應嘅食物非常特別,以印尼地道美食為主題,亦係印尼人主廚主理嘅餐廳,將爪蛙島、峇里島同加利萬丹島最獨特嘅地道風味美食帶來香港,而且食物質素亦相當有水準,無論主菜、飯類、小食和甜品,都非常美味,實在值得支持呀!!
