To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到晚飯時間,係元朗行行下,見到路邊有間餐廳排哂長龍,咁吸引,一於去排隊試下首先頭盤黎個拉麵,飲啖湯地唔錯,啲叉燒又夠香,雖然未算頂級,但係呢個價錢黎講,性價比絕對好高之後再黎個丼飯,魚生好新鮮,大大帶子又好正!驚喜之一係呢到竟然有本人最愛之一既軟殼蟹天婦羅, 成隻蟹連殼啖啖食好鬼爽~~又炸得脆跟住黎左一盤火炙壽司,都好正, 特別係火炙鰻魚壽司條鰻魚真係好長😍我地重點推薦既係鵝肝同拖羅薄脆。鵝肝壽司,估佢唔到竟然用焦糖烤,未食已經聞到好香,有驚喜, 食落仲冇普遍我最憎鵝肝嘅豬膶味👍🏻拖羅薄脆, 入口即溶,配搭米通,冇得頂!店家又好好招呼,又好細心,值得推薦👍🏻
