To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約了兩位朋友去時代廣場鍾廚飲茶,朋友來自觀塘所以約地鐵站較方便,近排打風落雨,最緊要不用淋雨,地鐵站上蓋非常安全。一早來到時代廣場食通天,這裏餐廳多數10至13樓,我11am去了幾間中菜餐廳,星期日午餐,間間爆滿,沒法訂枱,於是排了一張3小時之後的位置,行陣街2pm再來吃午飯。準時入座,有卡位坐舒舒服服,點了滑蛋蝦球炒河(加$10轉炒飯),麻沙糖不甩、龍蝦湯脆雲吞、芝士蝦春卷、鮑魚燒賣皇、蜜汁叉燒腸、豉汁蒸鳯爪、狀元蝦餃皇、爆脆腩仔及白飯一碗。樣樣好食,又無加一,正!
